Home Sweet Home…
GalvanizeUK has finally found a new home for its brand new galvanizing facility. GalvanizeUK will be based at South Kirkby Business Park near Pontefract, West Yorkshire. Units 4B & 4C have been acquired to create a 23000ft facility which will service the needs galvanizing needs of steel fabricators throughout the UK.
A Collective Effort
Following negotiations with AWS who were acting on behalf of Marshall Construction a deal was struck on 7th October. Due to the extensive efforts from both parties the sale was completed within the month.
Huge thanks need to go to Chris Marshall for his assistance in getting the deal done so quickly.
After getting the keys on November 7th work started in earnest to make 2 units into 1. The connecting wall was removed within a week, extension to the offices was planned before the civils work was due to start on 1st Dec. Its going to be an incredibly busy few months.
